The pilot

Prove one recovery workflow before expanding anything.

The first engagement is intentionally narrow. We select one source of missed bookings, establish a baseline, run an approved workflow, and review the outcome together.

01

Choose the opportunity

Start with one measurable segment—often recent unbooked inquiries, cancellations, no-shows, or clients due to return.

02

Set the rules

Agree on eligibility, messaging, outreach cadence, escalation points, booking attribution, and the information Visitory may use.

03

Run the workflow

Visitory operates and documents the process while your existing booking and front-desk systems remain in place.

04

Review the evidence

At the end, you receive the activity record, outcomes, recovered bookings, attributed revenue where available, and recommended next step.

A defined workflow—not an open-ended consulting project.

Every pilot is scoped before data changes hands.

Visitory does not request clinical records. Data-access requirements, permitted uses, security expectations, customer approvals, and any applicable agreements are reviewed before activation. A workflow does not begin until both parties agree that the scope is appropriate.
