If you submit our request form or email Visitory, we receive the business and contact information you provide, along with the details necessary to understand and respond to your inquiry. Please do not send customer lists, health information, payment information, passwords, or other sensitive records through the website or ordinary email.

How information is used

Website inquiries are used to respond to requests, understand potential service needs, and maintain necessary business records. Visitory does not sell website inquiry information. Form submissions are transmitted by our form-delivery provider for delivery to Visitory.

Pilot data

Any information required for a pilot is governed by a separate written scope describing permitted information, purpose, access, retention, safeguards, and applicable agreements. No pilot data should be transferred before that scope is approved.
